Designed and developed by Marangoni, The RINGTREAD System combines new tire radial compression molding with custom compounding and contoured shape to match the original curvature of the casings. Unlike conventional precure, the RINGTREAD is cured round to match the shape of a new tire.

The centripetal press ensures uniform pressure to form the spliceless, contoured precure RINGTREAD.

The contoured steel mandrel matches the natural shape of the tire.

A uniform, contoured buff radius is produced to match the perfect geometry of the molded RING.

Marangoni automated buffing programs are designed to match the profile of each RING.

The RING perfectly fits the buffed profile both circumferentially and laterally. No excess rubber is left to cause damaging heat build-up once in service.
